The Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers adopted a Recommendation on the role of culture, cultural heritage and landscape in helping to address global challenges.
At the CULT Committee meeting on 17/5, the discussion followed up on the proposal to establish an emergency solidarity scheme for Ukrainian cultural workers that had been addressed to the EU governments and Institutions.
