The BEYOND Satellite in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, will explore what fairness in labour relations means in today’s European context, combining talks, panel discussions, workshops, networking moments and peer-to-peer exchanges, as well as a Fair Practice Lab for creators, collectives and organisations to co-create action plans around fairness.
The BEYOND Satellite in Istanbul, Türkiye, is driven by the urgent need to address the cultural and political realities of the region: fragile peace, unresolved conflicts, cultural silences, and shrinking space for artistic freedom. The event will culminate in a jointly drafted declaration capturing the perspectives of the region and connecting them with EU-level advocacy.

This Lunchtime Session, presented by Jazz Solidarity Network (Greece), introduces the Outta Climate Festival, a participatory cultural initiative operating at the intersection of art, music, and sustainable urban mobility, inviting reflections on how similar approaches can be adapted and developed across different European contexts.
The BEYOND Satellite in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, will explore how cultural practice, policy and civic engagement intersect in moments of social, territorial and democratic transformation, with a strong emphasis on listening, care and situated knowledge. Special attention will be given to peripheral contexts and territories, both geographically and structurally.
The BEYOND satellite in Riga, Latvia, will explore sustainability in its broadest sense, including the working conditions and wellbeing of cultural workers, while also addressing cultural identity across the Nordic region, the Baltic region, UK and Europe.
The Digital and AI action group will reconvene to review our initial draft recommendations for the upcoming AI Strategy for the CCS to refine its content and ensure no critical perspectives are missing before submission.
