Activating bottom-up coordination for the future of cultural policies in Europe: South West Satellite BEYOND

The BEYOND Satellite in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, will explore how cultural practice, policy and civic engagement intersect in moments of social, territorial and democratic transformation, with a strong emphasis on listening, care and situated knowledge. Special attention will be given to peripheral contexts and territories, both geographically and structurally.
