Voices of Culture report on the role of culture in non-urban areas

What can the EU do to promote culture in the peri-urban spaces (outside of urban centres), the suburbs and the periphery?

The Brainstorming Report “The Role of Culture in Non-urban areas of the European Union” is the result of a Brainstorming Session which took place at Fagus-Werk, Alfeld on the 4th and 5th February 2020, as part of the Voices of Culture cycle focusing on ‘The role of culture in non-urban areas of the European Union’. It was published on the 30th of April 2020.

The report was presented to and discussed with representatives of the European Commission during a webinar on the 28th of April 2020.
