The COVID-19 pandemic had an unprecedented impact on the European Union’s cultural, social and economic life in 2020. This Report looks at how, in this extraordinary context, Creative Europe in 2020 played its part in helping Europe’s cultural and creative ecosystem to resist, recover and look forward.
The main goal of the collection of resources is to explore the concept of Cultural Leadership by adopting a community-oriented understanding. Going beyond the idea of the leader as the sole enactor of change, the project understands change as a transformational process that can be kickstarted by innovation entrepreneurs in touch with the organisational community.
This toolkit looks at staff exchanges as a powerful professional and personal development tool. It offers tips and food for thought for all organisations interested in offering or upgrading opportunities for professional mobility via staff exchanges.
The report brings together the main learning points we have drawn from the Perform Europe process, since its start in December 2020. The Perform Europe process so far highlights the urgency to rethink the current system of touring and distribution support in Europe, in order to make it more balanced, sustainable and inclusive.
For many years the ENCC has been working on diversity and inclusion, with a specific focus on arts and disability. Yet despite recent progress and inspirational practices, diversity in cultural organisations is still lacking.
A report on Cultural Relations – Key Approaches in Fragile Contexts offers evidence and recommendations to the EU, EU Member States and other interested countries, EUNIC members and partners on how cultural relations can enhance peace and stability.
