From Local to Global: The Power of Heritage in a Changing World
A new publication from the Heritage Alliance (UK) has been released entitlted From Local to Global: The Power of Heritage in a Changing World, which explores the contribution the UK’s heritage sector to international partnerships, cultural diplomacy and global collaboration. The document was produced in partnership with Europa Nostra UK and with the support of World Monuments Fund Britain.
The publication draws on case studies in cultural heritage to explore how heritage operates as both a national asset and a global connector to address challenges including climate change, conflict recovery, community cohesion and sustainable development. The report explores these aspects through five key themes:

- Network-building
- Funding
- Shared expertise
