The Tandem project, in which Culture Action Europe and the European Cultural Foundation have been partners, aimed at establishing co-operations between 25 cultural managers from Moldova and Ukraine with cultural manages from the EU.
The project, that has now come to an end, resulted in more than twenty creative projects that can be seen in the inspiring video below. The Tandem project participants and partners are also supporters of the we are more – act for culture in Europe campaign and have elaborated and submitted a statement on the external dimension of the future Creative Europe programme, which can be read here.
