After many years of working on culture and disability, equality and diversity are central topics for the ENCC network as of 2018.
On 1 December 2020, ENCC gathered with experts, human rights campaigners, trade unionists and cultural operators to discuss and reflect on:
– how equality could be a focus for reshaping cultural centres after COVID-19
– how to unhinge prejudices and cultural divisions
– how marginalized groups can reclaim culture
– how privileged cultural operators can self-diagnose their own organisations and start to put them on the path of diversity and equality
