Alessandra Gariboldi (Fondazione Fitzcarraldo), Illidio Louro (Mapa das Ideias) and Charlotte Kjær (Nørrebro Teater) will share with you a hands-on methodology for creating, prototyping and testing audience development strategies and implementing organisational change.
This capacity building workshop specifically aims at developing the creation, prototyping and testing of concrete Audience Development projects as enablers of tangible organisational change in the relationship between organisations and their publics.
