Campaign Meeting: Season 2 of the MFF

This Ask, Pay, Trust campaign meeting will focus on the latest developments regarding the EU’s next long-term budget (Multiannual Financial Framework 2028–2034). In previous meetings, Culture Action Europe explained the European Commission’s initial budget proposal and culture’s place within it. As negotiations between the EU institutions move forward, this meeting will cover:

the European Parliament’s interim position on the MFF;

the Council’s progress report on the AgoraEU programme;
-
the negotiation timeline and upcoming advocacy opportunities (rapporteurs, amendments, etc.).
In addition, we will brief participants on the evaluations of Creative Europe 2014–2020 and 2021–2027, as well as the current state of play regarding the contested results of the Creative Europe cooperation projects call.
