After one year of work on this issue, CAE produced a Reflection Paper on Cultural (non) Participation in EU Member Countries, using evidences from Eurobarometer and notions related to well-being to better understand and help shaping strategies. This research has been conducted with the collaboration of Robert Manchin, CAE’s scientific co-director.
