Work in Progress: An Inspirational Guide to an Anti-Racist Culture

CAE members RABBKO present Work in Progress, an inspirational guide for the fight against racism in the cultural sector. Developed with Africalia and enriched with testimonies, recommendations and concrete strategies, this tool supports cultural workers in their efforts for a more inclusive and equitable environment.

This guide, far from being exhaustive, is intended to be a starting point for ongoing reflection and action. The Work in Progress training cycle continues in 2025. After an enriching season of meetings, this season will be marked by a new series of moments dedicated to the theme of anti-racism in culture.
