How to register and fill the information about your organization

Register and fill the main information

To register or view the benefits and characteristics of the membership, go to this page. There you will be able to sign up and make your membership payment right from the website.

To sign up you need to provide some information that allows us to know more about each other. As well as standard contact information, we ask you to provide us with information on your work areas, and also the types of collaborations that you are interested in, if any! This information can also be edited later.

Later, you are given the option of having further details on your profile. This is very important for us all because this is where we get to know each other and facilitate the network as being a network of experts and collaborators. Also, you can decide which information will be shown on the members directory and profile pages, or even if you don’t want to have a public profile.

How is this information shown on the website

Public and private information

You may not wish to have all of your information published. Therefore, once you have registered, in the Permissions area we give you the option to display or hide your detailed contact information, and control if you wish to be listed in the Directory.

Additional fields – Profile

Members are given the option of having further details on their profile in the profile tab. This is very important for us all because this is where we get to know each other and facilitate the network as being a network of experts and collaborators.

The first part of this is a simple Business Card. This then appears on our website under the Members Director Section, if you wish to be a public profile. If you wish to remain private, you also have that option.

Tip: we recommend that you write a description in the Business Card text, not your webpage URL, as this information is already in another field.

Tip: it is better if you upload your logo without transparent borders around it so it can be shown in full size. Additionally, it is recommended to upload the logo in good resolution (ideally around 512px wide) and in PNG with a transparent background. If you don’t provide it, a default one will be used instead.

Afterwards, you have the option to add Profile Links, this can be links to project pages or other webpages related to the organization. There is a special section at the end for your social network profiles, so there’s no need to add them here.

Following this we ask for a Profile Description. This is your chance to give details of your organisation, the work that you undertake, and if you wish to give a brief history to set a context for your work. There is also space for you to provide links to your various websites and social media, as well as the possibility of a gallery to show your work in action.

Additionally, you can upload some images to the Profile gallery.

Finally, you can enter the links to your social network profiles.

Membership management

How to login

Accessing the login area is now simpler with our unified system exclusively for members, granting access to exclusive content and data. The updated login process includes a customizable search section, allowing you to log in using your usernames and passwords to access your dedicated space.

For first-time access, you need to provide the email address associated with your account and will receive a provisional password. This password can be changed once you log in.

How to recover the password

In case of forgotten passwords, you can utilise the ‘forgotten password’ feature, which sends a new password to the associated email address. Simply enter your email address in the designated space, and you will automatically receive an email containing your new password.

How to edit your information

Within your personalized area, you can easily update account details such as event and project information, as well as contact details. This enhancement aims to encourage collaboration within our network, promoting synergies and collective growth.
