EU-Türkiye Cultural Partnership Call | Info Session II

The Ortaklaşa EU-Türkiye Cultural Partnership Call takes the Ortaklaşa programme’s participatory model of cultural policymaking, which brings civil society organisations and municipalities in Türkiye together, to the European level in partnership with Culture Action Europe. Grounded in UNESCO’s 2005 Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Expressions and the vision of culture as a global public good, the call invites arts and culture CSOs from Türkiye and Europe to form four-partner consortia that include municipalities from both sides. Treating civil society and local governments as equal partners, it encourages experience sharing, mutual learning and co-production, and aims to build lasting international networks shaped by diverse local experiences.
