Europe’s creative future depends on empowering its artists, makers, and cultural professionals with the skills, recognition, and autonomy they need to thrive. Developed together with nine leading European projects, CreativeFED (EFCE) have released a White Paper on Strategic Cultural Autonomy called “Empowering Creative Sectors for Innovation, Sustainability and Global Influence.”
The white papers sets out a shared vision for how skills, micro-credentials, and competence frameworks can serve as strategic instruments — strengthening Europe’s competitiveness, sustainability, and cultural sovereignty. The publication translates research, dialogue, and collaboration into concrete policy recommendations for a more resilient and future-ready Creative and Cultural Industry ecosystem.
