Julia Sattler

Julia is the Goethe-Institut’s Delegate for European Affairs and the Director of Goethe-Institut Brussels. Previous postings have taken her to Syria, Tanzania, Ethiopia and the United Kingdom.

Julia has a special interest in International Cultural Relations, starting with her PhD on European cultural foreign policy, through practical experience as a project manager in various multilateral projects, to the evaluation of the first pilot phase of European Spaces of Culture, managed by EUNIC.
