The Cultural Deal 2026 event will focus on the strategies and alliances needed to secure a strong cultural and cultural heritage foundation within the next EU budget, a robust civil society dimension across all relevant programmes and a well-conceived, properly resourced AgoraEU program that brings culture, media and European rights and values under one roof.

Campaign Meeting: Season 2 of the MFF

Join us on 23 January for a campaign meeting to gain insight into the latest developments on the EU’s next long-term budget, the Council’s progress report on the AgoraEU programme, and the negotiation timeline and upcoming advocacy opportunities for our Ask, Pay, Trust campaign.

Satellite BEYOND Events

Satellite BEYOND events are regional gatherings hosted by CAE members in collaboration with local institutions or networks. 6 Satellite events are taking place in 2026, grounded in principles of decentralisation, proximity, and contextual sensitivity.

The BEYOND Satellite in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, will explore what fairness in labour relations means in today’s European context, combining talks, panel discussions, workshops, networking moments and peer-to-peer exchanges, as well as a Fair Practice Lab for creators, collectives and organisations to co-create action plans around fairness.
