A NamePlaceFund campaign meeting is taking place Monday 29 June between 11:00 – 12:00 (CEST), co-organised with our campaign partners ELIA and MCA, and is open to anyone interested in learning about the campaign or how to get involved.

The #NamePlaceFund campaign was launched earlier this month to secure the presence of culture for research, innovation and competitiveness in the 2028-2034 EU budget. The campaign focuses specifically on naming, placing, and funding culture in the Horizon Europe and European Competitiveness Fund (ECF) of the next MFF, and is organised by a coalition of cultural networks in the form of the Artistic Research Alliance (composed of CAEELIAAECCILECTEAAEEQ-ArtsGEECTMusiQuESociety for Artistic Research) and MCA, which together represent around 1,200 institutions involved in artistic cultural research and cultural heritage in Europe.

The first half of the session will provide a general overview of the campaign, the steps that have been taken so far when launching the campaign, and how you can get involved and support the campaign moving forward. The second half of the session will be reserved for open discussion, questions, and dialogue in relation to the campaign.

The meeting is open to the public, so feel free to share the event with any fellow organisations, members, or individuals you believe might want to support the campaign.
