Action Group on Digital & AI
Join us in the next meeting of the Action Group on Digital & AI by Culture Action Europe and Michael Culture Association, which will take place on Wednesday 16 July from 11h00 to 12h30 (CET).
Why this meeting?
After several months of actions around AI, it’s time to regroup: we will update each other, take a step forward, not just in the artificial intelligence domain, but in the broader digital policy landscape, as per our Mission Statement. Up to now we have been focused on AI-specific issues – it is time to open up our work to the wider field of digital rights, digital governance, digital public space and the role of the cultural sector in all this.
What’s on the agenda?
- A recap of our latest AI advocacy: from the Codes of Practice and the Apply AI initiative and the related consultations, with open floor for a feedback with members
- A collaborative workshop on: How can the cultural sector play a stronger role in European digital governance ? Can we imagine a cultural digital right? And if yes, what should it look like?
According to the number of participants, the session will include breakout rooms to give everyone space to think, speak, and contribute. Whether you work closely on digital policy or are exploring it for the first time, your voice is essential. If you cannot participate, don’t worry – you will receive a report of the outcomes.
