This year’s Members Forum will take place on 4 and 7 June 2025 in Turin, Italy. The 2025 CAE Annual General Assembly will take place on 7 June 2024 following the Members’ Forum. The agenda for the members’ forum is available here.

Members Forum Part 1: Wednesday, 4 June

• 14:00 – 14:30 | Welcome and overview of what has happened since Malmö and what is planned for Members Forum and BEYOND
• 14:30 – 14:45 | State of Culture – where we are now and where we want to go (in plenary)
• 14:45 – 15:45 | State of Culture 2027 – group work
• 16:00 – 17:45 | CAE Geographical Hubs and Satellite BEYONDs
  • CAE Hubs updates: Spain, UK, Nordic, France, Italy, Greece, Poland, Netherlands, Germany
  • Call for Action: host the Satellite BEYOND 2025-2026 (What we are looking for: France, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Turkiye)
