What: Culture and wellbeing

We believe that culture plays an important role in building and consolidating the basis for social cohesion, peace, wellbeing and accumulation of social capital – all pre-requisite for a healthy society as well as a flourishing economy.
That implies a completely new approach and a new way of measuring our wellbeing, and not only the performance of our economy.
In 1968 Robert Kennedy said: “GDP measures neither our wit nor our courage, neither our wisdom nor our learning, neither our compassion nor our devotion to our country. It measures everything in short, except that which makes life worthwhile.”
