Culture, cities and identity in Europe: presentation of the study

How can culture and cities help build hope and a new narrative for Europe? What value should we attribute to culture? How does culture drive economic growth? How can culture and the arts reconvert and regenerate cities, giving them a new identity?

Culture Action Europe and UCLG-Agenda 21 will present the study “Culture, Cities and Identity in Europe”, commissioned by the EESC at the high-level conference “A hope for Europe” in Brussels. Luca Bergamo (CAE) and Jordi Pascual (UCLG-Agenda21) to speak on June 20, 2016.
